Wildcrafted Fluffy Cinnamon Spice Dip

I’m heading into Week 3 of this body recomposition journey, and this little recipe has become one of my go-to favorites.

At this point, most of you know I’ve spent years in the wellness world, and I’ve done enough rounds of tracking food, calories, and macros to know how to get the most bang for my buck out of what I eat. If I’m going to spend calories on something, I want it to be delicious, satisfying, and actually keep me full for a while.

Fluffy Cinnamon Spice Dip has definitely earned a permanent spot in the rotation.

The best way I can describe it is this:

A light, fluffy cinnamon-spiced dip that tastes like the filling of an apple pie and a slice of cheesecake had a baby.

I’ve been eating it with baked apples, fresh fruit, roasted blueberries, and even these little homemade cinnamon pita chips that are only 60 calories per serving.

One thing I play around with is whether I use fresh fruit or baked fruit. If I want something that feels a little more indulgent and dessert-like, I’ll bake the fruit first. Baking doesn’t change the calories, but it does concentrate the flavor and natural sweetness, making it taste richer and sweeter than it does fresh.

What I love most about this dip is that it helps me keep my protein high, my calories reasonable, and that sweet tooth completely happy. It’s creamy, comforting, tastes like something you’d bring to a holiday gathering, and somehow still fits into my goals.

Honestly, it feels a little fancy for something that’s basically Greek yogurt, spices, vanilla, and sweetener.

The recipe card is in the photos if you’d like to make it. And if you’d like the recipe for the cinnamon pita chips, let me know and I’ll share that one too.
