The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip (low calorie, high protein)
I actually stumbled onto this recipe by accident.
One day I was making a protein wrap and decided to use plain 0% Greek yogurt the same way I would normally use mayo. I spread a thick layer on the wrap, added some chicken, topped it with hot sauce, and took a bite.
It was ridiculously good.
My next thought was, “What if I just mix all of this together and make a dip?”
Now, I’m sure somebody somewhere has made buffalo chicken dip with Greek yogurt before, but since I discovered it completely on my own, I’m claiming it anyway. 😂
I’ve been making it regularly ever since because it’s easy, high in protein, and tastes like something that shouldn’t fit so nicely into my macros.
Ingredients
2 oz cooked chicken
½ serving plain 0% Greek yogurt
Louisiana Supreme Chicken Wing Sauce
A few shakes of ranch seasoning
Mix everything together and you’re done.

I’m pretty picky about buffalo sauce, and this Louisiana Supreme wing sauce is my favorite. It’s got plenty of heat and great flavor. If you have a different favorite, use whatever makes you happy. Just check the calories because they can vary quite a bit from one sauce to the next.
Most of the time I eat this with celery sticks or cucumber slices, but it’s also really good rolled up in a protein wrap for lunch.
As I’m heading into Week 3 of my recomp, recipes like this make life a lot easier. I don’t need every meal to be fancy. I just need food that tastes good, helps me hit my protein goals, and doesn’t leave me standing in front of the refrigerator wondering what to eat next.
